There will be some things that you will have to do like collect the Certificate of Cause of Death and we will ascertain from where and when you can collect it. Death can occur in a variety of places:

IN HOSPITAL

The staff/Bereavement team will advise you when and from where to collect the Medical Certificate of the cause of death and provide you with a release form You will need these before you are able to register the death. And for us , the funeral director to bring your loved one into our care
