What happens when we take someone in our care?

We will look after the person who has died with care, dignity and respect from the and dressing them appropriately.

Packages

Looking at your packages it seems they don’t all suit our needs, can we have a mix and match funeral that we can help choose?

Yes we can help you arrange a bespoke funeral that will cater for your needs

What happens to ashes?

After the cremation we can collect the ashes on your behalf and keep them safe until you are ready to take them into your own care

Costs

If there isn’t much money available does the whole amount have to be paid immediately?

You will be advised to seek help from the Department of Works and Pensions if funds are limited and you are on benefits. Please talk to the funeral director for further help

Do you provide a designated funeral arranger so that you are speaking to the same person each time?

Yes we do, we can arrange a home visit too so that you can get to know your arranger on a more personal basis

Coffins

Do we have to have the coffin on offer in a certain package?

No, you can choose, but these do come at an extra cost which is discussed with you

How does a pre-paid funeral plan work?
We can assist you in the form filling and enrol you in our professional funeral plan services, we will talk you through the form, the costs, the packages on offer and help set up the Direct Debit for you.
